My name is Aly Harte. I am the Personal Trainer you didn’t know you needed. I use words and workouts to help you to love yourself from your brain to your bones.

My workouts are homemade and gym friendly. Dynamic strength and conditioning built for women in their 30-50s.

I have 1:1 personal training, reformer pilates and online workouts for you.

I am my workouts! Inspired by both pilates and sport the workouts are a blend of strength and functional training. Tie that with my experience as a busy Mum of three who runs a second business as a full time artist and appreciates that fitness must fit into the already hectic schedule! Most importantly ALL abilities are welcome here. Listen for my cues on every video so you can work to your ability on that day.
