What is kickstart ?
In your pjs, your underwear or your brand new sports gear. I don’t care how you complete them, as long as you add my workouts into your everyday !
Kickstart is a four week programme for you. Five workouts a week over your next four weeks. This collage is my progress when we completed Kickstart live last month.
I ran Kickstart live in January of this year and you are purchasing the recording of the workouts. They are zoom recordings and 30 minutes long each.

My method to lose body fat in this short window
• no booze
• 3-5 Aly harte 🙋🏽♀️ workouts per week
• tracking calories for the first 2 weeks of the challenge .
• sticking to macros ( loosely) and basing meals around protein
• 13-18k steps every day. With effort and Without fail.
• 2-3 litres of water per day
• scribbling a brain dump of notes (1-3 pages) everyday at some@point to get out of my own head. To keep myself on track and to feed my self confidence.
I had the best Christmas and most relaxed new year ( normally I travel with my husband and my boys to visit friends in the states. ) Instead we were At home. Cooking , drinking and eating. Lovely!
When I decide to do something I’m pretty good at sticking to it. By week 3 my calories weren’t counted and due to my heart defect I kept well fuelled instead of shredded.
Losing body fat was my goal ,in composition and how my clothes felt, not using the scales. Although for my followers i did check weight.
With only 2 lbs movement on the scales I am not discouraged. You can see by the photos that my body is responding so well to the workouts and the whole food@diet.
