There will be hyperlinks to all workouts. The 6 week plan has 4 workouts each week ( lower body, upper body, bodyweight and full body) for you to add to your life.

What is the recipe book? The recipes are a wee bonus again from me as a trainer to you a busy person who needs direction in your diet. They are simple macro friendly vegan or non vegan based recipes ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

When do I start? Today! I designed this so you will have 6 weeks to take you to January 1st 2024.

What do I need? Two dumbbells 4-6kg. As the weeks progress or depending where you are in your own workouts you can use heavier weights. Listen for the cues from me in the workout videos.
