Hello!

I am a Mum of three who wants you to know and to love yourself from your brain to your bones.

This is where your new progressive workout plan begins!

Do you get out of bed and have no idea what workout to do on which day?

Are you already stretched and cannot face another unused gym membership?

When was the last time you experienced self acceptance and looked at your body feeling proud of all it has carried you through?

My membership runs every month.

Five new workouts drop every month.

They are recorded by me, of me, as I workout with you.

You will need a set of dumbbells but you can also use a barbell for lower body days.

I give cues and a downloadable pdf so you know what the exercises are and how you can progress each week.

By doing the same workout each week you will build muscle and strength.

All the thinking has been taken out of your plan.

My workouts are designed with progression in mind.

Listen for the cues in each video to progress or modify.

You use the same workout for four weeks.

Progression is important. It builds muscle which strengthens your body and burns fat. This will change the composition of your body and support it the best way possible.

Progression in exercise means that each week you will do the following -

Use heavier or lighter weight/band

OR Increase your reps

OR pause at the base or top of a move

OR Add more power to a move

OR Cut down your rest time

OR Increase your weight
